Ionic colloidal silver, as its name indicates, is a tiny silver particle that remains suspended in a solvent (distilled water) without melting, thanks to being ionized, that is electrically charged. The term colloid defines a compound in which substances of different physical states (in this case, solid and liquid) do not react and are not soluble with each other. It is odorless and
tasteless (a slight metallic aftertaste can be felt) and is completely harmless even if it comes into contact with very sensitive mucous membranes such as the conjunctiva. The Phara Colloidales Silber product has a concentration of 25 ppm and very fine silver particles can be easily absorbed by skin and mucous membranes.

Dosage and method of recruitment
Colloidal silver can be taken in different ways:
- Orally, in case of febrile states or infectious diseases, eg. scarlet fever.
- By gargling, in case of inflammation or infection of the throat and oral mucosa.
- Topical applications on the affected area, for wounds and burns.
The dosage clearly varies according to the disorder and the way in which it is taken. Two categories can be distinguished:
- Oral intake: the liquid is slowly absorbed by the oral mucosa, leaving it to rest under the tongue for a few minutes to facilitate complete absorption of the smallest particles. The intake is recommended away from meals, except in the case of intestinal infections where it would be better to take it immediately before a meal.
The dosage depends on the reason for which the product is taken.
- As a general invigorating, 7 sprays 3 times a day.
- For minor pathologies (flu or cough), 20 nebulisations 3 times a day.
- For more serious pathologies (pneumonia or urinary tract infections), 60 sprays 3 times a day.
- To accelerate the disposal of toxins and waste and facilitate the elimination of microorganisms, avoiding accumulation inside the body, it is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
2. Topical intake: apply colloidal silver, in the form of a spray, which allows the product to be sprayed directly on the part to be treated.
Contraindications and side effects: be careful, silver is a metal that could cause allergies. To date, colloidal silver does not seem to have any particular contraindications or side effects, but we must certainly be careful if we suffer from allergies to some metals as, in these cases, it could cause reactions.
