The stomach-intestine herbal tea strengthens the stomach, purifies it from impure liquids, reduces swelling and acts as an anti-inflammatory on the entire gastro-intestinal system, calms it and frees the head from mental heaviness.
Ingredients: lemon balm, fennel, mallow, yarrow, chamomile.
Preparation and use: For a liter of herbal tea, put a teaspoon full of herbs, pour boiling water and leave to infuse for 3 minutes. For doses of ¼ to ½ liter of drink, 1 teaspoon is enough. The herbal tea can be drunk hot or cold.
Over a week increase the amount of herbal tea from ¼ to 1 liter per day.
To obtain optimal results, it would be essential to drink the herbal tea and then drink plenty of natural water in relation to 1 to 2. Then drink 1 cup of herbal tea followed by 2 cups of water. Drink in the manner indicated until you consume the daily dose.
Drink the herbal tea for a period of 2 weeks. Take 2 weeks off and repeat another 2 week cycle.
