This espresso is composed of sweet lupins made according to Bioland's guidelines. Beans are - like coffee beans - toasted and ground. This coffee is gluten-free.

The "Lupresso" espresso beans are roasted longer than the normal lupine coffee and get a fresh and tasty taste. When roasting this coffee it is a nice toasting (at low temperatures of about 20 minutes). Great value. You can enjoy the Lupresso like an espresso.
