Let's see in more detail EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, unfiltered and cold extracted, produced with 
an exclusive blend for DOLCEVITA ALKALINE LIFESTYLE by the FARM "LE TRE COLONNE", an 
award-winning company all over the world, is an olive oil Italian superior category obtained
 directly from olives and solely by mechanical processes at controlled pressure to keep the precious
 nutrients of the fruit intact.

The unfiltered oil has olive microparticles in suspension (300 substances or deposits), an index 
of the oil's genuineness, providing a high value of healthy nutritional content (antioxidants, 
polyphenols, tacopherols and vitamins) typical of extra virgin olive oil.

It is an evo produced with Ogliarola; a small percentage of Coratina has been added to 
obtain a more evident fragrance. The oil produced was obtained with olives harvested 
between the end of September and the first days of October. Such an early harvest 
involves very low yields but very high quality levels, almost impossible to find in all other national 
olive growing areas.

Inside the package you will find the fine artichoke cream, composed of a few simple high quality ingredients,
 without animal derivatives.
The artichokes with myrtle, a preserve in olive oil enriched with myrtle berries that give them a particular note.
In addition, always in oil, you will find precious and tasty wild rustic artichokes in olive oil.

The artichoke is a tonic and digestive food, among the main active components there is caffeic acid, 
flavonoids and sesquiterpene lactones.
Thanks to them, the artichoke is able to stimulate the production and secretion of bile acids.
It is therefore a panacea for the liver and gallbladder.
Bile acids enable the digestion of fatty acids and lower cholesterol levels.
It is an antioxidant and protects the liver by oxidation processes.
It is rich in fiber and mineral salts such as potassium and magnesium, it also has a diuretic action 
promoting the renal purifying function.
