Vegetable mixture for the preparation of alkalizing dishes for lunch and dinner
 
Alkaline vegetable mixture suitable for the preparation of "risottos" or soups for lunch or dinner.
 
Preparation for 1 person: 2 to 4 tablespoons of the mixture; add a glass of water (20 cl) and cook for 15 minutes on a low heat. Add chopped vegetables at will and cook for 5/10 minutes with the mixture. Season with herbs, spices, natural salt, vegetable granulate and linseed oil at the end.
 
The alkaline vegetable mixture can be eaten and prepared as a "risotto", adding more water as a soup or even blended as a cream.
 
This alkaline vegetable mixture can be prepared in many ways: with aromatic herbs, Asian spices, mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.
 
These meals are also very suitable for children, being very healthy and rich in nutrients and vital essences.
 
QUANTITY OF ALKALINE VEGETABLE MIXTURE TO EAT:
- 2 tablespoons for people who want to lose weight;
- 3 to 5 tablespoons for people who do not want to lose weight or people / men who do physical work, lots of physical activity; to season the meals with precious oils (extra virgin olive oil, flax, almonds, etc.), almond mousse, oilseeds, etc.

DINING: Prepare an alkalizing soup: 2 to 5 tablespoons of alkaline vegetable mixture with chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli, ..., etc.), a bit of wholemeal salt, Himalaya or herbs and ½ l of water ; let it go on a low heat (15-20 minutes), remove from heat and leave to swell for a few minutes. You can add herbs, spices and alkalizing vegetable broth to taste. Using less water you can make a "risotto" instead of soup.
 
EXTRA TIP: add 1 teaspoon of Miso and 1 teaspoon of Ume Su to cooking, they are a fantastic substitute for salt, very alkalizing, aromatic, and very rich in enzymes. The strength of their enzymes supports digestion very effectively.
